1、knock yourself out= 你去做吧（有无所谓的意思）
ex: should i eat this spoonful of wasabi?（芥末）
go ahead, knock yourself out.
knock out (v)= 击倒，晕倒）
ex: i was completely knocked out after taking that sleep medicine.（我吃了这个药之后立刻就睡着了）
knock out (n) =美人。
a very beautiful sexy woman
ex: angelina jolie is a total knock out.

3、knock it off= 停止吧。

4、keep an eye out for somebody/something=
留心，注意某人某事。

5、keep an eye peeled for somebody/something= peel是剥皮的意思。

ex: we should be close to the campground. keep your eyes peeled for signs.
